Gyule is a web-based platform that allows users to upload and manage files (such as Excel files and Google Sheets) and use related functionalities provided by the Service.
During the beta phase, the Service is provided free of charge until the beta period is officially declared concluded by Gyule.

To use the Service, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their account.
Users retain full ownership of the files and data they upload to the Platform ("User Content").
By using the Service, users grant Gyule a limited license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.
Gyule does not claim ownership of User Content and does not use it for purposes other than the functioning of the Platform.
Users may delete their account at any time.
Upon account deletion, all personal data and User Content will be permanently deleted from the Platform, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

In case of improper, abusive, or fraudulent use of the Platform, Gyule reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a user account at any time and without prior notice.

Gyule does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding User Content), are the exclusive property of Gyule.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission from Gyule.
Users must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
Gyule shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including data loss, service interruptions, or system failures.
